If you are looking for a new way to eat honey at breakfast other than on your porridge, then smoothie bowls could be your next big thing.
What is a smoothie bowl?
If you are not familiar with smoothie bowls, they area like smoothies just thicker and you eat them with a spoon and not with a straw.
Smoothie bowls are a cool thick blend of frozen fruits, vegetables and other healthy add ins like avocado, oats or yogurt.
You can decorate your smoothie bowl with a range of seeds, nuts, chopped fruits to add an extra layer of nutrient rich food. You can also give your smoothie bowl a whole heap of colour, like ours which get the green from the addition of spirulina powder.
Spirulina and Honey

It’s protein rich and has lots of amino acids, iron, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin B12. Combined with honey, a smoothie bowl is a great energy booster.
